IRR - Installation Readiness Review

The Installation Readiness Review shall assess for a given installation campaign the timely availability of all required

• Main Materials
• Standard Materials
• Manpower (task specific & safety trained)
• Tools & Ancillaries
• Quality Control Procedures & Test Tools
• Transports Organisation
• Information (Drawings, Instructions, Safety, Health & Environment Protection Plan ...)
• Discovered / Remaining Problems Procedures
• Statutory Regulations Fulfilment
IRRs will be based on an IRR-TEMPLATE and conducted as meeting in a small circle with TC and concerned other WPs.

IRRs shall be scheduled in the WPs-MSPE plans as outgoing milestone, generally about 2 month prior to the respective intended installation campaign. - These outgoing WP milestones shall be used as incoming for TC-Installation-Plans

WPs are asked to link their internal planning to their respective IRRs. In this way the IRRs act as "collectors" and allow to minimise the number of links between WP and TC plans

Review Process Description (CDR, DR, PRR)

Please find detailed information about Review Process in the following document

CDR - Conceptual Design Review

The purpose of the CDR is to demonstrate that the science case, system performance analysis, system/subsystem design concepts, and cost and schedule estimates are well defined and encouraging enough to warrant additional work at the preliminary design level.

List and descriptions of documents considered mandatory for the Conceptual Design Review are summarised in Mandatory Documents

1. External Stakeholders Template (CDR) (EDMS login is required)

2. External Requirements and Interfaces (CDR Template) (EDMS login is required)

3. System-Concept-Description (Template) (EDMS login is required)

4. WP-Organisation (Template) (EDMS login is required)

5. Schedule and Milestones HowTo

Section-CDR

This document shall serve as the main reference document that describes the system in order to provide planning safety and up-to-date information
